They may fade a bit and turn white-ish, especially if you use certain skin care products, but I don't think they disappear.

I haven’t had noticeable strechmarks in a wile. I just noticed I have stretch marks on the front of my belly. And I can feel it’s more puffy. This is interesting.

They do fade. At least for my and my gf, they can still be felt.

As mentioned before - proper skin care (moisturizing with lotion) helps the marks fade and become a bit less noticeable.

The trick is finding someone to apply the lotion for you.
